Classes offered and instructors.
The great team work, skills, discipline and great coach who teach with passion..
The staff speaks when you enter the facility, They are always pleasant and respectful. My grandson has not participated in a sports acitivity at the Fort Bend facility for 2 years. I enrolled him in the basketball program for the session that began in March. He truly enjoyed working with the coach and the young men on the team. The coach made them work hard during the practices. He was very positive with the young men and provided constructed feedback to them if they were not running the drills properly.
Great Silver Snickers yoga class and instructor.
I like the location and variety of programs offered. There is enough parking. My only request would be an indoor track!
Scheduling made easy. Variety of activities
The YMCA offers activities for Seniors. They are offered at times to fi their life styles. The workout room is the right size with equipment that stays up to date. Having cleanser available to clean equipment is a plus. Also, offering child care is a positive for parents.
I tell others about the Summer Programs available.
The variety of offerings.
I find there are so many programs and activities that whoever comes through that door will
find something that falls in line with his or her capability or fitness routine.
The other thing I find, we walk out feeling not only fit in our bodies but also our minds.
Thank you YMCA.
I use the weight machines so the more the better.
Variety , availability and flexibility.
I like and enjoy the group classes for seniors.
Friend , I just use the gym.
Sr. Group exercises. If all insurance’s will cover & accepted , that makes me more likely
I love all the variety. The one suggesstion is that a lot of the programs I enjoy have competing time slots. For instance body pump, zumba, rpm , and water excercise, I love having more choices but it they are staggered then I can attend both workouts. For example, I can do body pump then watwr excercise. Or zumba then rpm cycle.
Easy to schedule and worth the effort. I feel terrific after a class
Yoga and Pilates- the instructor Kristen
Y’all need to pay her well. I believe if she left the Y, your members would as well that attend her classes.
I love the organization and its purpose, the staff, and that everything is family focused. Thank you for patience with the little ones who need guiding and even more for the older kids with their mood swings, lol. It’s a place for all.
Knowledgeable instructors who tailor their classes to me the participants needs.
Enjoy a number of classes for Senior Citizens. I especially enjoy Chair Yoga!
I like the instructors and the different type of exercises we do. All the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Great instructors! Caring friendly staff! Top notch facilities
I like that the programs are a no-judgement zone. Kids off all ages, sizes, and backgrounds are able to participate and have fun!
Diversity and options.
My kid loves to play basketball. His coaches remind him to have fun. He has grown so much as a person, a player and a teammate.
Acceptance and congeniality

My kids love the swimming lesson at Fort Bend YMCA. Mr. Jeff is a great coach to teach my kids how to swim.
