Yoga - I have never been more pleased with a Yoga instructor than Kristen. She is unbelievably creative and thorough.
The Fort Bend YMCa has a friendly environment.

I wish it can offer longer hours and more days for pickleball players.
I like the instructors and the front desk. Misty and Melissa are my go-to instructors. If they are leading a class...I want to be there.
Also like to mention Mary at the front desk. She was able to offer a payment plan that worked for me. When my insurance would no longer pay for the YMCA fees, I looked around at other gyms. Only one of the gyms had silver sneakers group fitness. And that one offered only 2 SS classes a week. Not one of them really cater to senior members. None of them encourage social gathering or activities. Certainly not like Fort Bend YMCA does,

The front desk staff are very welcoming and accomodating.

I have taken yoga in the past but it was too crowded and people brought children.
The instructors are excellent! Very nice variety of classes to choose from. Community building among classmates has been unmatched throughout the 15 years I’ve been a member:)
