Everything is great, very glad you are keeping the bikes with the regular channels I could not get the hang of the new technology on the treadmills but the weights are perfect. People are helpful if I need them.

That you offer great group exercise classes for seniors and complete access to all equipment for individual workouts honoring Silver and Fit.
I love the activities that the ymca makes during special holidays such as easter or Halloween etc.
It helps me keep my little ones entertained and also in a safe family oriented environment.
I also like the tumbling classes offered and the daycare center is amazing, During my second pregnancy it was very convenient for me to go to the YMCA and walk and also take my daughter to the daycare to engage with other children and play.
This YMCA is so friendly. I love their silver sneakers classes. They offer those classes 4 days a week with a Forever Well class day as well. They offer field trips, chair volleyball, monthly birthday celebrations and Bingo. This is a place you will feel very welcomed.

The Community need The Duncan Y and The Duncan Y needs this community. it is a great facility with a lot of useful opportunities for people of all ages. I see water babies to seniors exercising and coming together with respect. Childcare helps everyone fit in and find time for themselves.
Our Director is committed to The Duncan Y's success long-term. He seems to hold his staff to a higher standard of respect for all who enter his doors. He understands all of the potential this Y Unit holds and is continuing to try to fix its shortcomings. His door is always open for comments and criticism. You' like his approach.

The location, programs, equipment and facilities are very nice, easily located, and well cared for. The group classes are a number in variety and ability required. I enjoy my participation there and recommend it highly!
