Water walking
This YMCA has several activities for older people. Which is very appealing to me.
I love the pool! The lifeguards are friendly and helpful. The water is clean and depending on the weather, you can use either the cool or warm pools. I can exercise to my heart's content (or until my body screams at me).
I also like the personal trainer program. I've been using one for several weeks now and he's given me a wealth of information which is helping me get healthy, lose weight, and build muscle.

I enjoy swimming and meeting and talking to the people at the pool. My husband enjoys playing pickle ball weekday mornings. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
Cycling with Brian Monday/Wednesday is amazing! More people need to know about the class! His playlists are fire and the workouts are approachable at all skill levels.
All inclusive yet perfect for Senior conditioning and all around well-being. Staff very personable and always ready to assist or answer questions.Variety of programs to join and fun activities year round.
