I love the array of choices I have to workout. The pickle ball is exceedingly fun and the pool is great too. I can exercise on any machine I want to and also do a big variety of weights.

Love using the Rec Pool. Senior Citizens love the warm water for exercise.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I’m 76 yoa I try get to the Y 3 times a week. The gym is very well equipped for my needs. Duncan YMCA has the best pool system of any gym I have been to, however scheduling hours have been very challenging this year.

I like how friendly they are when you arrive I like that the guys and girls in the pool area are always aware of everything I like how they work with you in case there is a problem in your account and they arw always so clean

Everyone I encounter at the Duncan Y is friendly and pleasant. The people who teach the classes seem to genuinely care. The manager is visible and responsive.

I work out in the morning on my way to the office when it opens at 5am, which is good. I just wished that the pool would reopen at that time, as a 6am opening doesn't work with my schedule.

The Silver Sneakers program is wonderful. Analisa is one of the best instructors I have ever encountered.
