If you are a person looking for something, besides staying at home. The program Silver sneakers is great, and chair exercises. I am glad I participate in this. Come it be worth the challenge.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I don't go to the classes, but i am overall very happy with my experiences at the Y. It is close, I feel both locations main street and Monty are clean and well staffed with kind people. I am glad to be here and for the priuce you just can't beat it!

The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. The group exercise instructors are GREAT!
