My favorite is the water aerobics classes. The music is great, the instructors are wonderful.
I really enjoy my instructors Steve and Kathy who teach RPM . They are alwsys willing to help and constantly encourage me anf make class challenging yet fun.
I live just couple miles from your location. No excuse to stay away. Other than that I really enjoy Laura’s class. I plan on trying Mondays class also.

Some classes are generated for all ages and some classes are more about helping us seniors keep mobile and have strong core as we age. Exercise is very important for all ages. I also enjoy the friendships that I have developed at the Y.
Good variety of classes at a reasonable price.
There are a number of programs for seniors.
I like to use the recumbent elliptical machine in the workout room also. The weight machines are great.
I’ve taken part in programs for MS patients in the past. I also did an exercise program for cancer survivors.
I love the classes they have I have my favorite instructors like Desire the cleaning staff is always friendly, the guys at the front always have a smile
It is available everyday. I can find something to do after work.

I like pickleball and yoga. Please, more yoga! There aren't any afternoon or evening classes.
Silver Sneakers classes are great.
Need more instructor-led classes. Body Pump and some of the Yoga classes are over-crowded.
Add more stretch classes and another Tai Chi class at Ballard.
The instructors are all wonderful.
Have some specified "beginner" pickle ball gym sessions.

I love the variety of classes. I try to attend Silver Sneakers 3 or 4 times a week. They have different instructors for each class. I like it a lot b/c each instructor teaches a little bit differently. You get a more complete experience of working out.
