I really enjoy the low impact combo classes that are offered daily. Most days they are full and I have to be waitlisted. It would be great if this class was offered on a weekend day. But I love it!

The Egym
I live closer to the Trotter Y but come over to Weekley because of John Dalton's low impact combo and stretch classes and Jihan's Forever Well class on Mondays.
The Y offers a lot of different activities for Seniors. The classes are very good. The teachers are good too. It’s a very good place to go, and do a variety of different classes to keep you as fit as possible and your brain engaged at the same time. I enjoy going to the Y.
I like Lisa's Tuesday 4:30 class and Mari F's (Kris) Thursday and Sunday classes. Great trainers!
Check in staff at the front are very friendly also.
I love Leslie body combat and terry and bea night club cardio
Variety of activities and exercise opportunities especially for seniors. Fun meeting new people. Those who work at Y are very friendly overall.
Pool, weight room
Instructors are well trained , they motivate Participants, keep routines fresh and fun. They readily answer questions.
Personal trainers are knowledgeable.
Facilities are clean and in good repair.
Front desk staff on a whole are inviting and friendly but some could improve their interactions with members and potential members seeking information, clarification. Some need to realize they are not there to just pick up a pay check.
For me, choosing the Weekley Y as opposed to other exercise venues has been enormously rewarding in many ways. Meeting and being around people who enjoy exercising and being healthy puts a positive motivation in my life!
I love Sharon's pilates class. I have been a member of the Y for years, and came back in April of 2021 after staying away for Covid for over a year. Sharon has slowly and gradually helped me get back in shape with those two classes a week! I am stronger than before COVID, and I can do 9 pushups! She welcomes everyone to her class and really helps us learn about how our bodies work.
YMCA offered water exercise and socialization starting during pandemic summer 2020 and continuing to present.
Friendly to people of all ages.
Love this YMCA. I tell everyone about it.
all that i use is top grade, mainly Fitness Center and locker room. I would give it a 10 as I miss the towel service.

except its been closed 3 days cause the heaters broken

Our bodies are hurting already
Its helped so much to come to this SPECIAL WEEKLY Y THROUGH COVID AND also through the last 4 years plus of my sister battling cancer
The Weekly is also a very pleasing to the eyes structure with the lovely mosaic tile
So thank you W YMCA for ALL YOU DO FOR ME~ body, mind, and spirit!

It's nice there are activities for all ages.
Enjoy using the pickle ball..... basketball gym. Upstairs has a nice variety of exercise equipment.
Nice dance-exercise classes that seniors can participate.
Nice room for board games
available changing/shower room; but it would be nice if the lockers had locks; or are we supposed to bring our own locks?
