I love the programs and activities centered around kids. There was one group of boys disturbing the girls volleyball team bc they kept bouncing the basketball. The coach promptly told them to leave. He even had a vape out! He should have been suspended for doing that around kids.
There are a variety of choices. The staff members are always friendly and helpful.
My wife likes the Zumba classes
I like the variety, and the availability and quality of child care.
I swim at the Y. The pool is beautiful, they keep it comfortable all winter. The deck and water is kept clean - even on the windiest days, they continuously circle the pool scooping up the windborne debris.
The guards are attentive and friendly. Even on the coldest days (45F), they are cheerful, happy and encouraging but never take their eyes off the pool.

Low impact classes
There are quit a few people who hog the egym. They will do multiple sets on one machine holding everyone up. I have spoken to the employees about this issue with no luck. Egym is wonderful for circuit training until someone starts doing multiple sets. This ruins the circuit training.
Our family loves the gym and the pool! The staff is always friendly and helpful. We also support all the activities the Y has for the community at large to promote health and well being, especially among children and youth.
Love all the friendly and helpful employees. So many interesting programs for all ages and abilities. The Wellness floor and the egym are exceptional. Equipment well maintained.
It's a great selection just wish they had a better sauna and a jacuzzi

Water aerobics are wonderful
I am very impressed with the lifespan programs...children to elderly adults and everything in between....and a great variety of programs....not solely based on physical exercise and health, but on so many other areas and domains of development.

It is clean, neat and friendly with much to offer in the way of classes and exercise machines.
I regularly use the wellness facility upstairs and the punching bag located in the basket ball court. I enjoy using the facilities and find the employees to be friendly and the workout area is clean and well stocked. I would like for emphasis / reminders for members to be respectful of others while using equiment; take phone calls outside & use earphones on devices. I'm amazed how many people think it's okay to chat loudly on their phone and listen to entertainment loudly while using equipment.
