The staff was all so welcoming and kind. I had a hard time finding the location , as I had not known it was inside of the LA fitness gym , this cause us to be late.
The staff was so understanding, and got my daughter right into the water to join her class. All three of the young ladies were very pleasant and friendly. It was reassuring that I made the right choice. . She was also nervous, coming in and now she is excited for next week

My daughter was very anxious and hysterical and the girls were so kind! They spoke to her and got her to calm down and understand what they were there to do and not force her to do anything she didn’t want. She was scared and vocalized it and they were so sweet and gained her trust. She was all smiles by the end!

My child has improved very much. His trainer, Yirwing, handles himself as professional. He provides clear instructions that our 8yo is able to follow. The staff over all is very friendly.
