I already recommended my daughters best friend who started a week ago. I like how friends and approachable the staff is. They are also patient with the kids and adjust to their needs.
My daughter does the happy dance each time she sees her instructor instructor.
We just started and we love it. The instructor give me child that dedication and time she needs to learn. She has made her feel confident that all fears which she had at one point are all gone now.

This location is by far the best and I been to a few. The team is excellent and very respectful. I tell everyone about SafeSplash but the Ridge Hill location is the best one!! My kids are 3, 8 and 9. The toddler is super comfy in water and the team take their time with my older boys. Tory and Desiree are amazing!!!

The teacher Jasmine and Aliyah were excellent. Gave great tips, teaching points, and paid attention to all the kids in the class. And also were lovely with the kids (and parents). My only complaint is that it took me 15 min to get into the building because I didn't realize it was in the LA fitness gym. That should have been more clear.
The instructor is creative and helpful. I wish I could remember her name, but she was there for the 12:30 pm lesson. She used nursery rhymes to teach jumping in the water. I feel like my baby is learning to get comfortable with the water and learning some preliminary swimming skills.
