The instructor that my son has, Miss Megan is phenomenal. She is very excitable, very communicative, and shows a lot of patience with my son – especially because he does have an IEP. I can see that she is very efficient in the way she chooses to teach and the way she approaches her students to comprehend her directions.
Kwasi was very effective while at the same time being very caring.
I can see great progress in my granddaughters swimming skills in just 3 lessons. I am so proud of her and her instructors.
I like the location, because there is a lot of space all around the building; and the area where Swimsafe is located is not crowded, and area appears fairly safe. Plus the ladies that come to swim and use the locker room and shower, they appear decent and are respectful.
The staff at safe Safesplash is immaculate they cater to your needs,my daughter has being going there since she was five years old and she has come a far way and doing excellent in swimming i highly recommend thiem
My daughter and I have made amazing strides with our private lessons in such a short time and the customer support is great.
Very encouraging and actually teaches my son. Older son was surprised how much he can swim and would like to join as well.

The instructors are absolutely kind ,fun Wonderful and talented, They make all children feel confident,by giving clear direction and praise ,along with shouting their accomplishments.i do wish they would be slightly more rigid in teaching new things a little faster, and I wish sessions were at least 45 min long each. However I absolutely adore all the instructors,I love the diversity among the staff and minority safe environment that the children are exposed to. Overall fantastic team members and they should all get a huge pay bumps

I am very happy with the results my son has so far since he began in June. His swim instructor tie is very friendly, encouraging and helpful. After informing the instructor that my son had an IEP- she has been very supportive of his actions and attempts at learning to swim.

I am super happy with the swim instructors at the Bronx location. My son is 3 years old and on the autism spectrum. He has sensory needs and other struggles, but his teachers Allison and Noel are so patient with him. For months, they have helped him build understanding and skill. He has come a long way, thanks to them. They take such great care to make him feel able and included. When he walks in, everyone shouts his name and is friendly ! As a special needs parent, sometimes I am anxious about trying new activities with my son. I am so happy I gave him the opportunity to swim and that I found this school.
He has improved so much and loves it.
I liked that it was kid friendly and there wasn’t any adults around swimming or walking by.

Excellent caring staff. I have 2 toddlers (3 years old). They worked well with them though my kids could not really follow their instructions. My kids had a blast.

Noelle is amazing, in the short time we’ve been there my daughter has gained so much confidence in the water. She’s has learned so much from Noelle. It’s not the easiest dealing with a toddler, but Noelle did it and with a smile on her face ALL the time. Not only was she amazing, the rest of the team was super friendly to me, my daughter and my son ( who was not registered).

In just two months, we have clearly noticed the increase confidence and joy of swimming in Mackenzie. She's 5 years old and loves her swimming instructor Marissa M. Marissa is so great with her. We were able to easily transfer her from one site to another, the scheduling is so flexible and the scheduling team is friendly, helpful and accommodating. I am so happy and grateful to have found SafeSplash and recommend it to all parents - we are happy to see the different ages and stages of so many kids. Love the program, love the staff and the facilities are awesome!
