Personal is great & the environment is welcoming.
There is a big pool for practicing swimming and a good instructor. But should have a key for parents to enter the door. And show the scheduled class in the account per child as SwimLaps. We can check the account class is coming.

the all staff is amazing they make you feel so welcome and safe ,they take their time to warm up the kids a like the way they handle even the most cranky baby . i like the way they group the classes they are never overcrowded. which i appreciate it .

The swim instructors are patient and encouraging to my little swimmer. The communication is very good; when there are cancellations I know in advance so I can plan accordingly.
The instructors are really good with my son. There is also parking at the facility, which is very convenient.
The pool is not cold, it is warm enough, which is very important to me at this winter time. The swim instructor I have is very skilled, knowledgeable and patient. The location I go to on Eastchester Road appears safe. I feel safe going to and from the bus for this Eastchester location. The instructors are very professional and maintain safety precautions while teaching my daughter how to swim. They also motivate my daughter to stay engaged during the lesson. The stickers at the end help also!.
