I like that my dog loves going to Dogtopia. The staff are always loving to her and she loves each of them. She goes 2 days a week, and I like that we can pick which 2 days work best for us each week. When she comes home, she is tired out, not restless. I like that there is a webcam so we can watch her with the other dogs. I like that the staff communicates with us about her day. - Cathy Taylor

I love the staff and the owners. My pup has the best time here every week. They are very caring and good with the dogs. Love that you can watch your dogs on webcams throughout the day. They do fun stuff each week for the pups. Such as pup cups,holiday photos and doggy bacon treats day. This week is teeth cleaning. I love they celebrate and give discounts to veterans. Seriously my pup has been going for a few months now and I can’t say enough good things about this place. They also have boarding and grooming services.

UPDATE REVIEW We began taking KC around June 2024. We mainly take him to socialize with other dogs his size, etc.We tried other doggie daycares in Greenville that a lot of people recommend but KC kept trying to escape and when I looked on their cameras he was trying to hide and he did not want to go back! - Not at Dogtopia. KC tugs to get to the door every time - still. The staff are outstanding and very caring. They will contact if they see something they think may need addressing. The Greenville Dogtopia seems to hire caring people who are well trained and love pets. It is amazing that whoever is working knows my dog and seems to love him almost as much as we do.
Don’t get me wrong, things are going to happen anytime you have several dogs unfamiliar to each other. Just the getting to know one another dogs do makes me hold my breath and it’s normal. KC received a light scratch which did not break the skinn. I was called told about incident and their treatment. All Good. Most importantly my KC is happily tired when he comes home.

We loved the staff and they did a great job grooming our large breed dog. We were very happy with the services they provided and impressed with the facility. We hope to use their doggie day care soon because our big Great Pyr loved everyone there and we are pretty sure he wants to go for a play date soon!

The manager Carolyn is amazing and cares for each dog like her own. She has very high standards of care and makes sure they are maintained daily. Her staff follows her lead and makes sure the dogs are safe, feel loved and have fun! The events they do with the dogs are great, and the fun treat days they have are like your kids having fun at pre-school! I have always felt safe leaving our dog there, and we continue to refer friends and family there for their own furry kids. We love Dogtopia at Haywood!

The friendly staff and the cleanliness of the facility!

Everyone there was so friendly and helpful and I felt like my dog was safe when I left him to get his hair cut. They really care about your pet and their comfort. The pricing was also a great value. We will definitely be back.

We love Dogtopia. Will stay and would recommend as long as Carolyn is still there. She loves each dog and runs the place so smoothly and efficiently.

Our dogs cannot wait for daycare day. They come home tired but happy. Our oldest doesn’t have the best time with new humans and the staff at Dogtopia are so patient with her. They both absolutely love Miss Carolyn!

My dog is super exited on the mornings he gets to go to Dogtopia. That tells me alot and the staff are always pleasant. The groomer does a fantastic job with my wheaten terrier.

I like that my dog is always happy to go through the door. He has boarded and gone for day care. Boarding means he is out and happy playing with other dogs rather than being confined all day like some kennels.
They have actually fixed him a special bed time area as he doesn’t like to be crated which was above and beyond but much appreciated.

Marley loved her stay this past weekend and we felt so relaxed and comfortable knowing she was safe and being well taken care of. From her meet and greet to her stay everyone was so nice and welcoming. She got a bath and smelled so good and hasn’t been itching like she was prior. Our pick up on Sunday was great the associate was very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend Dogtopia to anyone.

The Staff and how much they love our dog! I never worry about her safety, and know she is getting lots of playtime and love. They do so many awesome things for the pets each week, and every holiday is so much fun with the pictures and events they do. They put so much effort into what they do, and it is why we continue to go there and also recommend to anyone who asks! The staff are all kind people who do amazing jobs day in and day out. We are thankful for each and every one of them!
