Every staff member has been so friendly and sweet to my dog Oakley. Oakley is very social and loves to play so daycare has been very beneficial for her.

Super friendly and kind staff. The place is always clean and never smells strongly of dog (even though that would be fine given it's a doggy daycare). They are always quick to answer my emails, calls, and requests in the app. I love that the dogs are mostly inside and are not forced to stay outside most of the day like some other places. My anxious pup doesn't always do well in daycares, but she does well at Dogtopia Haywood Road! The staff remember her and are so gentle and friendly with her. Also, a shout out to their groomers - they are the BEST I have found in Greenville, and the convenience of having my pup groomed while she is at daycare is unmatched.

My only wish is that they weren't closed between 12-2pm, but I totally understand their staff need to have a break.

I like that it is small place that Apollo can go to be safe, play, and get groomed all in one location. The staff are wonderful and friendly. I feel that my puppy is safe with the coaches. Apollo just loves going to doggie daycare and he loves the staff.

I love everything about your services. I love the fact that I can be rest assured that my fur baby is in a self environment and she gets to have fun and meet new fur friends. I also like that I can see how my fur baby is doing because you can use the app to see via the camera that is on the site. I like the special activities throughout the week for the fur babies to do. This is a great doggy day care.

I love that you take such good care of my dog! Getting another pool because ours was 'hogging' the small pool was so special. We did not worry about her being taken care of for the week that we were on vacation.

I have lived in several states and have always had my pup stay at Dogtopia, however, the Greenville facility far exceeds any other location… the staff is beyond kind, you feel like family the minute you walk in the door, they treat my pup as if he was their furbaby, watching the cameras I notice every pup receives snuggles, and everyone is a always smiling which makes the pups happy! My puppers gets so excited to go play with his friends and absolutely loves everyone at the Greenville location!

The workers are very nice and helpful. You can tell they really care about the dogs they work with. They were very welcoming and helped me to feel comfortable leaving my puppy with them. She loves her time at day care and it definitely helps her get her energy out!

Love the personalized service that my pup gets every day! He is SO excited to go to Dogtopia and his tail starts wagging when we enter the parking lot! The staff are amazing and committed and it shows!

I've only brought Molly here for 2 days, but WOW am I impressed by Dogtopia of Haywood. The communication, Meet & Greet feedback, the customer service (friendly + upbeat staff members), the cleanliness of the the space, etc. It is all 10/10 -- highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Dogtopia! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. They listened carefully to my concerns about my dog's needs and made me feel completely at ease leaving him there. It’s clear they truly care about the dogs in their care. The environment was clean, safe, and welcoming, and I felt confident that my dog would be well looked after. Elsie loves going to Dogtopia! She gets to play with her BFFFs in a monitored and safe environment and comes home completely exhausted! I love how the Dogtopia coaches love my baby and trust that they are always ensuring her health and safety!

The staff is so great with communication!!!! My two Cavies love to be there!!! It is so convenient to get the dogs bathed on their weekly play day. The owners are very involved as well!!!

Friendly and attentive staff

My dog loves coming to Dogtopia - he is always so excited to see the staff and his dog friends. I love that the staff know my dog (and greet him by name) and are so kind, they really love all the dogs. As someone that has been called an “overprotective pet parent” I am so glad to have found a place where I feel confident leaving my dog.

We have used Dogtopia for about 3 or 4 doggie daycare drop offs and one weeklong boarding visit. The staff has been A+ every single time. We have a very nervous, skittish dog who is not used to being around other dogs and always seems to be super anxiety filled when away from our family, and each time the staff showed sensitivity to this and communicated with he to let us know how she was doing. They also have cameras so you can check in and see your dog interacting. I highly recommend this place.
