Staff are knowledgeable and treat dogs well. Meet & greet process is well organized. Just started with Dogtopia and so far everything has been perfect.

I'm thrilled with the service Dogtopia provides. The staff is super caring and has lovingly cared for my little anxiety ridden pup. She's only been going there for 3 days and I can see a happier dog. Being a part of "the pack"seems to have calmed her nerves. I can see her on camera all day when I'm at work and the staff is continually talking to her and petting her. Thank you Dogtopia for doing a great job!

It's not to expensive. The staff love's animals. The facility is clean from what I can see. The web cam is great when it works.
The manager was amazing! She explained procedures and answered all my questions patiently. She was absolutely amazing with our Molly, and made sure she was comfortable. The canine coach in the big dog room was great as well. I saw on the cameras the many times she gave each dog some pets and love. Speaking of which, I was very glad to have the cameras to see how Molly was doing, as it was the first time she’d been away from us. Molly had a great time meeting new friends and she can’t wait to come back!
Luke and everyone at Dogtopia of Haywood is wonderful! Our pups came home from their meet and greet having been mentally stimulated and properly exhausted. We are so glad that Dogtopia and their coaches and staff have the same values when it comes to pups and their needs. We feel very comfortable with our babies in their care. We appreciate you all and our babies are looking forward to coming back this week.
