The people. You have an excellent staff. I feel that you truly care about the dogs in your care and that you are paying close attention to the dogs in the room.
My dogs stayed overnight for 4 nights and they came home happy and tired. I liked using the cameras to peek in on them so that I could see their interactions with other dogs and the staff. I will definitely continue to use Dogtopia for daycare and boarding

I like that the staff really get to know your fur babies. And unlike any other pet resort I’ve used, they have monthly activities…different treat days, arts and crafts, and the occasional pictures. They really keep it interesting. I’m on one of the plans so my girl goes to daycare Monday through Friday, unless we’re out of town. She get to socialize plus I get a discounted rate when I have to board her.

Friendly staff, always helpful with suggestions for new dog parents. Apollo loves the staff and loves going to play with his dog friends. I feel safe taking him there and know that he will be well cared for.

They take time with the dogs. My only concern is when you pick up your dog that the dogs are unattended.

What can I say...EVERYTHING! My dog loves going to Dogtopia. I think she loves Dogtopia more than being at home. They love and care for her making everyday special. Continual well planned events, constant new fun things where they involve the pups to keep them stimulated. Not to mention the treats!!!

Your team spends time with the dogs laying and caring for them. I also like the cameras that allow me to check in on the dogs.

I absolutely love the Haywood Road location! The atmosphere and attention to detail from the staff is amazing! They always greet me and my pups with a warm smile and my girls are always so happy to be there and see whoever is at the front! The staff in the rooms with the dogs during the day you can just tell they love animals so much! Best doggie daycare/boarding place in GvL.

Dogtopia is the only place I have ever felt fully comfortable to send my dog. When I drop him off or even mention going to "doggy daycare" he gets so excited.
