Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. I picked Dogtopia as they have highly trained staff to look after the pets. I feel confident my dog is safe at all times while still being allowed to socialize, have fun, and build confidence around other dogs. My dog, Charlie, who is often glued to my side, happily greets and goes with the staff members without looking back when I drop her off for daycare. My dog loves it there and it’s very telling! Extremely convenient, great services, great availability, and most of all our dog loves going to daycare here. Originally hadn't liked the "you must enroll in daycare to board", but she loves it and seems to be even better socialized with dogs, so in the end I'm a believer.

I have a very nervous and anxious dog. The staff at Dogtopia Longwood took the time across a few different visits while going through the meet & greet process. I cannot say enough good things about the patience, care, and understanding they had in our process. 10/10 I would happily recommend them to any and all of my fellow dog owners.
I love how welcoming it is. Seeing how happy my dog is when he comes in and everyone treats him so wonderfully. I know that he is safe and happy. Plus the many different activities that's provided
It's obvious the staff enjoy their jobs and love the animals. The fact that they sent a video and pictures of my dog having fun was a plus. Attention to detail is a big thing for me and this Dogtopia definitely has that.

I like that the company has added a variety of treats and meals for an option especially if we forget to bring their own food. The cameras are very useful, but need improvement because when i look it often freezes and i have to get out the app and go back in and it sometimes still is stuck.
staff is very friendly and you can tell they truly care for your fur babies when they are in their care

We love this school for our pet! She's always so happy to go to school and super excited when we'd mention it at home. I wish there were more locations around the west side (Peoria, Avondale, Glendale) though. My only other recommendation would be opening earlier than 7AM. Otherwise the staff is always extremely helpful and we are very happy with Dogtopia.
