We loved watching the live videos of our dogs. It eased my worries to see them being treated kindly and having fun. I got the sense that they really cared about my pets under their watch.
Communication is key when we go away. In this matter plus every other matter that exist which brings an ease while away they accomplished with an excellent rating. Thank you for taking care of our 2 boys while we were out of the country. Top notch service and attention.

I love Dogtopia, but more importantly so does my dog. he gets all the love, care, and fun he would have at home outside of the house! I can relax knowing Dogtopia cares for my pup as much as I do & he comes home ready for bed after a long day of fun
We that it is indoors, everyone was super friendly. The staff is able to watch and know when to step in and redirect.
Only change would be to either add more cameras to see more of the play room or make the camera where you can see more of the play area.
Nice staff. The only thing is that I wish they have outdoor area recess for weekend dogs (when weather was/is not hot) which they used to provide, I was told not anymore.

I have the comfort of knowing that when I take Izzie to Dogtopia she is cared for while she enjoys free play with other dogs. This allows me to get some errands and shopping done without leaving her home alone. She is a high energy pup and this interaction with other dogs is great for her.
I love the video cam so that I can check in on her to see how her day is going.
