My dogs seemed to be very well taken care of while at Dogtopia. I especially liked the photos I received a couple of times during their stay. It is not a big deal, but I believe they mixed up the names of the dogs. At pickup. I commented that the behaviors noted on the report cards for each dog seem to be opposite of their normal personalities. Then as I was putting them in the car, I realized they had their collars switched, so that would explain why the report card comments were reversed.
Everyone is super friendly and welcoming - I've literally never seen any of them in a bad mood. Leo seems happier here than at other places I've tried, and he comes home cleaner. I like the way he is treated here better and not completely ignored like I've experienced at other places too. I am super happy with Dogtopia.

Our pup loves going which says a lot about the staff. She is so happy when we pull up. The staff promptly comes to the car to get our pup.
My dog loves going there and the employees there seem to really love the dogs! When my dog is sick, it is really easy to skip a week to keep the other pups healthy!

Oh my goodness, everyone is so personable and truly loves what they do and the pups. Gatsby's favorite day is every time he goes to Dogtopia. I appreciate them so much for loving our boy as much as we do.
Friendly staff and my dog came home tired.
From the first day of Finleys meet and greet the staff was very comforting and supportive in the fact Finn had never been in daycare. The Staff was knowledgeable and he seemed comfortable right away. He had never been boarded either and being able to watch during daycare hours reassured me that he was be treated well and cared for.
Mishka loves Dogtopia of Canton! He has been going since he was just over a year old and loves every minute and we do too!! The staff is so caring and he always has a grand time. He loves his bath too!

Staff listened to our concerns. Webcam is nice to be able to see our pup. I did not see a lot of attention from staff to our Bear during the time we watched the webcam but perhaps I viewed the cam during the times he wasn’t being petted .
The place is clean and staff constantly are monitoring the puppies. They aren’t just placed in kennels which makes it a great place.
