My dogs seemed to be very well taken care of while at Dogtopia. I especially liked the photos I received a couple of times during their stay. It is not a big deal, but I believe they mixed up the names of the dogs. At pickup. I commented that the behaviors noted on the report cards for each dog seem to be opposite of their normal personalities. Then as I was putting them in the car, I realized they had their collars switched, so that would explain why the report card comments were reversed.
The employees were extremely helpful/friendly and sent me photos everyday of my pup during the holidays. I would definitely recommend!
