THE PEOPLE - at Dogtopia are like people I want to be friends with. They're fun, energetic, dog-loving, helpful and just all-around nice. I trust the people at Dogtopia to care for my dog the way I do!
THE FACILITY - is safe and clean! This seems too obvious to mention, but when you think about it, it would be a deal-breaker otherwise. I appreciate that my pup gets to hang out with dogs in her comfort zone. She's happy and safe and not stressed out when I get her back.
THE FLEXIBLITY - while I understand that it creates a tricky business model sometimes, I want to give a shout-out to the no-reservation required daycare!!! We are not the heavy-use family who needs daily daycare due to work schedules. But we do have times when we need a safe place for our pup to hang while something is happening at home! The ability to pop in and let her play for the day can be an absolute lifesaver! And, obviously, when we're going to be away for a longer duration, Dogtopia is our only spot for boarding reservations!
THE TREATS - finally, my pup loves turkey meatballs! It's a yes every time. ha!

I like that I can check in on my dog throughout the day via the webcams. I like that my reservation requests are promptly responded to. I feel like the care given to my dog is very personal. I like that when my dog is brought out to the car, they provide me a quick update on his day. The people that work there always remember me and my dog.

Only complaint is over time the daily event prices have gone up so much you've priced yourself out of them, we used to do one or two per week but we never do anymore.

Dogtopia’s the best! Bella loves coming to see her K9 coaches and furry friends. We love craft days and all the events.
My Charlie gets so excited when I say it is time to go to school. He seems very happy and you tell me he gets along with all the other dogs.
My dog loves it there. She is excited to go there and play with all the dogs. She aslo does really well with the trainers.
The time schedule okay
Everyone at Dogtopia are wonderful to our 4 legged furry child Andre’. Andre’ means the world to us. So when they treat our Andre’ as fabulously as they do, and Andre’s excitement being dropped off and while seeing the staff. We know he is getting the best care.

My wife and I were looking for a dot care and spa place for our pet baby Herculez ( English Bulldog ) he’s our pride and joy ..we found Dogtopia and we were so impressed..especially with the meet & greet …they made sure he was a good fit …before they said yes. He passed the test …thank you to the staff ..amazing …we recommend Dogtopia …and we’re sure that they will continue to take care of our Herculez…thank you
My dog has gone to Dogtopia Sanford for nearly two years. Love the team here. I’ve seen this location grow and evolve since it opened, not without a few hiccups along the way but management and the crew have always been professional, caring and kind. I can tell they truly care about our dogs and their regulars and feel we’ve established a nice rapport.
My only complaints or rather, recommendations would be to offer some sort of incentive program like some other daycares do such as a point system to earn credits towards overnight stays or spa treatments.
Be a bit more consistent in social media postings with the activities we choose to pay for; such as the obstacle courses or other interactive games. We want see those and share on our socials but sometimes these aren’t recorded or posted so I stopped participating in those types of events.
Lastly, PLEASE upgrade the camera system to offer a wider view with the ability to zoom in or out. Sadly, the view is so limited that it’s hard to tell a brown dog from a black dog unless they have obvious markings.

My dog gets excited just hearing the word “Dogtopia,” and when we arrive, he pulls me into the front door and never looks back. It’s his favorite place where he gets to let loose and just be a dog with other dogs.
