Honestly it was amazing service getting a bike for my daughter. Craig was so helpful. Really helped explain things and took his time helping me understand everything. It is hard to put into words when you deal with box stores all the time how nice it is to go to a place that actually helps, never pressured me for a sale and offered amazing knowledge and support. Would definitely recommend buying from Wild Rock.
