Amazing customer service! I purchased an item online and the store immediately notified me that it was out of stock (they had sold out earlier in the day). The store ended up placing a special order with the manufacturer and couriering the jacket to me so I would have in time for my son’s birthday. It is truly the kind of customer service you no longer expect or receive from other stores. I will most definitely be purchasing from WildRock again and highly recommend others do the same!
