My experience has been that Wild Rock solidly stands behind their products. The main example I'll give is when a bicycle I had purchased had issues with the internal gear hub. The problem being intermittent was a tough challenge and the bike staff tried their best to fix it. This had gone on for over a year. I had it in once again and one of the owners overheard the conversation about the hub and asked me if I could leave it with them as he had a plan. When I went to pick up the bike, the old hub (Shimano Nexus 8 speed) was replaced with a new one, and, was upgraded to a higher model, basically top of the line (Shimano Alfine 11 speed) . WOW! Way beyond my expectations. Best service experience I've every had.
I love to tell this story as you just don't get service like that. To be honest, it's the only product I've ever had a problem with that I had purchased from Wild Rock.
Additionally, for what I can't do myself, I have my bicycles serviced/repaired at Wild Rock's repair shop. In my experience, the work has always been done right, have never had to bring anything back. It's service I can count on.
Both my wife and I enjoy the quality and comfort of the clothing offered by Wildrock. There is a nice combination of function and fashion throughout the clothing products. Bike parts have always been in stock so there has been no need to wait for parts to come in. We have always been greeted by a staff members quickly to offer assistance but never over aggressive. Staff present themselves as being very knowledgable about the products in the store.
