Good outerwear and clothing. Too expensive though.. and I say that realizing that the pricing is comparable to places like MEC. However there does seem to be a premium on merchandise at your store over places like MEC more often it seems.. example, a Patagonia rainjacket I got 10 years ago I saw for $40 cheaper at sail..

Best sports store for miles around. A true human face and caring atmosphere. Not a big corporate chain with the attending atmosphere of "we don't care" or "we can't". Does good things for local community. Full service, including repairs, warranty followup, and travel! Positive effect in the downtown BIA. Truly a one of a kind, amazing place.

Have went previously for bike service or buying various things but I just bought a new Trek Domane and everyone answered several questions in previous visits.
Extremely knowledgeable staff who are great at providing info without making customers feel like they're being pressured to buy. Great assortment of name brand merchandise as well.
