Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and friendly while still being authentic. I mostly come in for bike repair and some parts, but I always know my bike is going to be serviced way better than I could do it myself, and the cost is reasonable too for the quality you're getting. I strongly recommend Wild Rock to anyone.

Wild Rock sets the bar for customer service (I am biased, but it is still true). I am constantly disappointed when I am in other stores and I do not receive the same level of customer service we provide at Wild Rock. As a staff I am also proud of the product we carry. I trust (and use) the brands we carry and know that when I am making recommendations to customers I can rely on the product being high quality and meeting their expectations.
