- great product info from sales staff (most recent visit). Did have one visit recently where staff knew very little about hiking boots
- no pressure from sales staff- clearly laid out pros and cons of different options
- local option that had what I needed when I needed it (though only 1 rain pant in my size)
- staff make effort to serve customers well- recently needed a part for my water pump, and they were able to track down a contact at MSR, though not the part.
