Customer Testimonials
Speed of service and local business
The service and knowledge was exceptional! Shawn (Sean?) took time to go through various options with me. He had lots of questions for me before we settled on what to buy. This gives me confidence I’ll be very happy with my new bike shoes. Thank you!!

Every single time i have had a question about a product or service, a staff member does a wonderful job of explaining the details to me. It doesn't matter who it is, everyone there knows what they are talking about.

You guys have the greatest store 🐐 - First name removed
Wild Rock offers a good selection of high-class outdoor gear. I am a fairly new customer - 2 pairs of hiking boots (that I use year-round, with gaiters in the snow) and now a set of versatile hiking / shoeshoe poles. The staff are very knowledgeable and engaged. I am an older customer, but with a good many adventures on my mind - I started with the old MEC in Vancouver and Toronto, but good to know I can buy my current, more modest needs at Wild Rock!
Good Quality Products
Excellent customer service and such a great selection of products. Also absolutely love the Wild Again concept.
