I use wild rock for everything outdoors. It’s nice to talk to staff about a product before I buy it.
Delivery was very quick. Issue was that I ordered two of the items, but the only had stock of one. The website should have been aware of the stock status. I received a note very shortly after placing the order referencing the problem and asking whether to proceed with the one unit, or cancel the order. The system is lacking, not the people working there.
Service was great, friendly with a quick turnaround time.

It was my first time visiting your store on Dec 29th around 3:30pm. A woman was so helpful in finding kids base layers for me and helping me find socks I needed for them as well. The man in the sleeping bag sections was also really helpful. We are new to PTBO and will be back for sure.
