I got the kind of boots I was looking for .. normally I wouldn't spend $330 for boots but I'm 74 years old and thought I'd treat myself. I haven't worn the boots yet though, and in the past when I spent bigger money in stores anywhere to get quality I've been disappointed, I hope that won't be the case now. Your sales person was pleasant to deal with, no hype, just quietly friendly and attentive, knew his stuff. Checkout was fast and easy and I could actually hear the words the checkout person spoke which is unusual .. younger people usually speak too fast for us old folks. I have asthma and your store environment was easy to breathe, some places are stuffy and dusty. You seem to be doing a good job in general.
