Great service and friendly staff. Brayden ordered this trunk hugger extension for my Saris bike carrier and I had it in no time at all. We have purchased three bikes from Brayden and are always happy with his friendly, courteous manner and his knowledge of the products.

Jenn was very patient and knowledgeable and helped me choose a product (that I knew little about) that I was very pleased with as I left the store. Thanks for the Santa Claus support!!!!
I like that you were training a young employee at the front cash. Made my day watching him have the opportunity to develop his communication skills with the public. A refreshing confidence about him.
Your staff were extremely helpful both in person and on the phone. They seem to know the products and enjoy working there.

Some of the friendliest and most honest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Great staff who are both knowledgeable and patient.
Everything you carry is of extremely high quality.
Knowledgeable staff with good recommendations. Can’t think of any suggested improvements (although I hear you do group bike rides locally - are those advertised?)

Amazing service
Hi there, I'm a bit of a bike builder that doesn't know everything involved in bike building. The guys and gals at Wild Rock in Peterborough are very helpful and kind. I've had Matt spoke a few fatbike rims and he does excellent work! Matt is a great guy. Merry Christmas.
Callum provided me with my new e-bike. He showed me how everything worked and all the great features on it and then helped me get it into my car. Very pleasant man! Thanks.
