Hi - I was going to email you about my recent experience with Liz in Customer Service and now you have beat me to it...haha...just wanted to thank Liz again for the time she spent with me on the phone and in the store helping me sort out what could have been a problem or expensive and unnecessary replacement of my snowshoes - that I love...and that as good as new with her help and allowed me to finish my walk on the way back home with my dogs ...
The snowshoes are very old but great - Atlas brand - and the boot area was laced and the lacing was fraying and ready to break...so after replacing them for me a d cutting some extra pieces for future use just in case...I was on my way and so happy ... So thanks for asking and for the first class service ...

Social distancing is properly managed....ample space between the racks of clothing. The staff are friendly, very helpful, know the stock well, found me a great fleece, knew the material of this and Informed me what I was buying....
Came away with a belt desperately needed, a fleece on sale, fit perfectly and a pair of wool socks.
Associate immediately took me a cash register prepared my bill and I was out of the store in a timely fashion.
I am 81 years old, have shopped here for years and never have been displeased with my purchases. Most of my wardrobe was purchased in this store.

An ‘untouched’ and growing area of outdoor recreation is winter camping.. I’d suggest investigating selling the Erapro Expedition sled for winter campers to convert to pulks. This sled is well known amongst winter backcountry campers yet is very difficult to find.
Best store in Peterborough, super nice, friendly helpful staff. I'd rather shop at wild rock than any other outdoor store.
The good selection of cross country ski equipment and waxes for winter, but since this was my first visit, I noticed all the other sporting goods as well like bicycles and related items, which I will come back for in the spring.
Also, knowledgeable staff about the cross country ski equipment. I have skied since I learned to walk (in Finland) and I could tell that the people had a good idea what they talked about, and took their time with the customers.
