I appreciated the advice from a staff member while trying determine the correct size of ski poles for my wife. He also provided me with advice on the type of ski wax I was looking at. Have always received excellent help and service anytime I've been shopping at Wild Rock. It goes along way in my opinion, when staff take time to talk with you, so they can help find the right product for you. They are very knowledgeable about the products, which are always top quality. A satisfied customer will always come back to make future purchases.

Am in Toronto. Bought some Salomon Aero 9 skis from you on-line and they just arrived. In great shape, very quickly. Much appreciated. Your web site worked really well too for the sale. Skis came yesterday. Chatted with Callum today about how to care for the skins. He was very helpful. And I have already recommended you to a friend who then also bought skis from you today.

This is my second time ordering from Wild Rock as family members are so jealous of me heading straight up hills with my awesome skies. This order is for my mom she is going love them. I even got a call from Dwight letting me know I did not have to order bindings as the skies came with, love it. Ski stores in Edmonton have poor stock crazy prices and unhappy staff.
