The staff is very friendly and always welcoming. It is a clean gym and they have the most up to date equipment. The gym is large and very accommodative.
My husband and I work full time but are able to do water aerobics and weight training together. We really appreciated the couple's training session we had when we started. It really got us off to a good start.
The pool
I like the diversity that the YMCA offers. Sometimes I run on the Elliptical and do a few weight routines. Other times I choose among the varied water activities like water cycle, water aerobics or just swimming.
I get bored doing just one activity over and over again. At some point I may try one of the group classes like yoga.
So happy that I joined. I feel stronger and have more energy.

Oldham YMCA is clean and not crowded. Water temperature in the swimming pool is suitable for the older adults. I'm willing to drive extra 20 min to the Oldham County just for that. Thank you, great job!

Oldham County Facility is great, weekday hours are convenient (5am) and most of the staff are friendly and prompt.
The staff, and fellow members are all very friendly. Everything is clean!! KidsClub is better than I could have expected, my kids ask me to go every day!!

I like the diverse variety of option I have in the facility to stay fit. I could stay there all day doing different activities with some breaks in between of course.
The staff that checks us in are extremely friendly. They call us by our names and go out of their way to help us with anything we need. It makes us glad we come to the Y! Thank you Ann , Neal, Justin, Ken, and Samantha!!!!!!
