The people. The most patrons, instructors, and staff are great. A great place to meet and get to know people. I'm a water person and I really appreciate to new efforts to widen our variety in classes. The water keeps me moving and helps me stay healthy. It's great.

The group exercise classes
• The people working at the front desk greet us by name and wish us well as we exit the building after our workout each day.
• The atmosphere promotes friendliness among fellow patrons by the group fitness instructors who invite comments, participation in routines, and feedback on the way classes are held. Patrons talk among themselves and approach leaders with concerns about improving, revising, maintaining or otherwise making or not making changes in programs/classes. You guys listen.
