The many pieces of equipment and free weights. How heavy the dumbbells go to. The verity of stuff. The younger kids are respectful and almost everyone has good gym educate. I love that it’s not super packed no matter when I go there. The amount of things you all have to do. Plus you are Christian based and I LOVE that you all love the Lord cause that’s what’s wrong with our county now is God being pushed out of schools and our children. I would recommend and do to everyone I know!!! Keep it up

The cleanliness, variety of equipment, and friendliness of the staff are all outstanding.
It’s near where I live, so it’s convenient. It’s basically clean. The service desk is handy and welcoming. Steve is a bundle of information. Karen and Wendy are always well prepared and gracious with beginners.
Only thing I would like to see is that the water temperature in aerobics would feel as warm as the thermometer says

We love that we get a lot of "bang for our buck" at the Y!
I would like to use this platform to request the addition of advanced vinyasa yoga classes. I take yoga at 3 YMCA branches and the teachers only teach basic, restorative yoga. Of all the teachers, only one at NC uses any Sanskrit. As an experienced, practicing yogi, I need stronger postures (C&D variations, arm balances, and inversions) to gain any benefit from the workout. And, I want to maintain a heart rate in the 'fat burning zone" for at least 30 min. Any chance of adding an advanced option?
