My favorite thing about the YMCA is the variety of exercise classes.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. The aqua fitness instructors are excellent. I have attended classes led by Jeanne Williams and Cindy Donat and highly recommend both of them. They are both very professional, supportive, and friendly.

I love the many types of exercise I can do. If I want to lift weights and build strength the machines are comprehensive, if I want to swim I have the lap pool, spin classes are throughout the week and easy to jump into, the stretch and balance and yoga classes are widely available and easy to work into my schedule, the treadmills and cardio options are abundant! I would say “variety.” My favorite part about the YMCA is that I have lots of variety and choices for when and how I choose to exercise!
