What I am FRUSTRATED about is the WATER TEMPERATURE OF FAMILY POOL. IT IS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS COLD..COLD..COLD... I have been going to Northeast because their family pool temperature is AWESOME--- THE WAY NORTON COMMONS USED TO BE...maybe someone can call them and ask how they maintain their pool. Mostly older adults use the pool for class and the cold water hurts their joints...IF you stay in the pool it takes over 15 minutes to warm up. My teeth were chattering on 8/15....I prefer to stay @ commons as it's closer...PLEASE PLEASE GET THE TEMPERATURE FIXED TO CONSISTENCY and check the temp @ the high level not kiddy level...and to the manager who we brought it up to...your sassy attitude needs improvement ( short heavy guy)...

The employees are very friendly! I feel at home and very safe when I’m there and I love how the team in the kids club are so engaging and know my child by name. They make her feel special and recognize when she has a great visit. It’s just an overall energizing and positive space that our whole family enjoys!

I love the commitment to the community that is demonstrated by the YMCA. It's not just about providing facilities for payment, they care about the success of the community they support.
The hours and the staff.
Always plenty of parking and a friendly person at the front desk to check you in. Clean facility. Never have to wait long for equipment. Electronic scale in the bathroom. Diversity of activities and types of fitness offered. Have never used the swimming pool but it looks inviting and well maintained. Walking track is a lifesaver during inclement weather. Whole family uses the facilities almost every day of the week.
