Indoor track, great weight machines, and very helpful and nice staff! Yoga classes great, too!

The staff is so friendly! Literally, every time I go, they're always welcoming and smiling. They could use more equipment, but overall this is a great gym.

Ii love classe water aerobics... I like time at7:00pm
I am full time warking 10am-6 pm...
I coming at this location ones a week Wednesday! after work!

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Great “Trainers”! I’ve been ridding a stationary bikes 30 minutes then build muscle on 6 different isometric machines. Normally I’m a the Y 3 days a week. By the way, I turn 84 in November.

I love the Norton Commons YMCA!!! The staff is friendly and helpful!!! Cleanest gym I've ever been to. It's a one-stop shop for family fun!!!
