The size and cleanliness of the warm pool
The warm water therapy pool. Great for my arthritis.
Over the years I've met some very nice people at the Y in New Albany. I live in Louisville but cycle to the New Albany Y when Mother Nature is in a cooperative mood. The new EGYM program is challenging and the therapy pool and steam room are my rewards for having worked out.
