The warm water therapy pool. I just wish it could open an hour earlier on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Always a clean facility, everyone working is very friendly and helpful. The inside walking track is a great feature and one reason I like the New Albany the best.
Location and short travel time. Easy access from my home in Louisville to New Albany using the Sherman Minton Bridge. The fitness equipment and the warm water pool that comforts me from my arithtitis in my shoulders. Waiting to experience the EGym.

My daughter loves her swim instructor! He is so good with kids, and she has not been nervous at all. She asks me every day if she can go swimming. I hope she has the same instructor next round, because he’s awesome!
Beautiful building with skylight. Lots more classes to choose from as compared to other locations. Wonderful daycare facility.

I like the classes, Pickleball, the class instructors (ALL OF THEM), the cleanliness, the staff . . . I am very happy with the Floyd County YMCA.
The aquatics center and the general facilities are very good, and the staff are friendly.
The manager of the swim lessons is so involved. I love how the coaches can interact and help each other. I do really like this smaller group and would like to do 1:1 lessons moving forward. We have not enjoyed earlier lessons due to other kids behavior and the coaches not being able to manage all the kids. So this has been a very welcome change and we want to continue lessons!

The people there are very welcoming. The staff is always smiling and helpful.
I go to the Floyd county YMCA because I love the heated pool. I attend the 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 classes in the warm pool. I drive 45 minutes to get to the Floyd county Y but it is worth it!

Starting each day at the Y is fantastic! I walk the track, do a few machines, and finish with a class in the warm water pool!
This Y is always clean! Most of the employees are friendly! One employee I would like to compliment. His name is Gary. I had left my Diamond anniversary band in a dressing room as I don’t wear my diamonds in the pool. He found it and turned it in. I sure appreciate his honesty!
The only thing I find negative is several times the pool is not warm or the water gets too low.
I’m very thankful for the YMCA!!
