Love ❤️ the heated pool. The heated water exercises programs is worth doing. Their Senior programs are a fun activities. Usually on a Wednesday. Helping to meet new friends and reconnecting with family and friends 🧡

From the wonderful water pool where I consider my physical therapy since ive hsd numerous surgeries on my elbows. I can get relaxed and energized after each visit
Im thankful too for the equipment. The walking path, and the Spa area,
They have Active support classes for Seniors and this alone is a lifeline
The YMCA will be very beneficial to anyone that seeks the comfort and support of the employees as well as the physical benefits

I LOVE THE STAFF& THE PLESANT ENVIROMENT.
The warm water therapy pool is a lifesaver for my husband and me. I’m currently recovering from spine surgery and the standing depth, bars for balance, water temperature, and jets for relaxation after our workouts make this our Happy Place!

They are always there for you. in addition to all the regular programs they are always offering additional opportunities to help you stay fit. They promote ways to have fun with other people.
I like the oool and new computer weights - although you may need more there was a long line

The YMCA has something for everyone!! Most of the staff are friendly and helpful! It’s a safe environment. It is kept clean! You make new friends! The Y accepts Silver Sneakers, which really helps me as I am retired. I start my day at the Y!!
