Gym is clean, finally have a person who has it open on time everyday. But the incentive program is kinda B.s . I don't care about it, but why have it if you're not going to offer anything we actually want.
I think the staff are friendly and helpful especially John. The convenience of working out in the morning before work is really helpful and the facility is always clean.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and I love the the women's work out room.
I can go to classes during my lunch hour. I love the body pump and the spinning classes at noon. Works great in my schedule. Every instructor, Roxanne and Christina at Body Pump, Kathy and Andrea for spinning all do a fantastic job. The staff from checking in to just casual interactions are always friendly. It is just a great facility.
Location, good equipment, facility is kept in good repair, hours of operation and the staff is very friendly.
