Roxanne that does body pump on Monday and Wednesday is amazing and one of the main reasons we continue to come every week. The best instructor we have ever had and we look forward to the classes each week. The entire staff since we joined in December of last year has been great as well.

I drove there expecting to get to the pool be it’s the closest location to my work, but it was closed. I understand there’s rules but that’s usually the only time I can be on break.
Large, excellent facility with SO MANY areas and choices - there is something here for pretty much everyone, regardless of physical ability or needs. Staff has been very friendly, kind, and helpful at all times. Great emphasis on cleanliness (the whole building is very clean; members must wipe down machines/ mats before and after use, etc.). I'm in my second month here and I love it!

I love how much you get for your membership. I love the pools, the sauna, the group classes, the community! It’s truly the best. I grew up at the Y. I learned how to swim there when I was 3. I went to the kids camps. Now as an adult me and my partner have a membership and we love it.
The downtown YMCA crew and northeast are always friendly and inviting.
Walk 15 taught by Lisa on Mondays & Thursdays. A good work-out, easily modified if necessary, & great social interaction too.
