Just a great facility with friendly staff; however, I would love it if you all brought towel service back. It really separated the Downtown YMCA from other health club facilities as an added perk.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Cleanliness of women's locker room & women's weight room (Nelly does a great job). Les Mills classes (though too loud). Women-only weight room. And the staff is GREAT! McKenzie esp.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

The knowledge of the staff on health and fitness. As well as being able to use the Dry and Steam Saunas; to relax my muscles after a workout. Sometimes I'll use these amenities without working out to just relax.

I love the location (I work downtown so it’s convenient). I like the customer service; the people at the front desk are so welcoming. And compared to other gyms, I love the community.
