The pool, steam room and sauna. I do enjoy classes and weights and other exercises but I mainly use the pool!

It is convenient, and cheaper than my old gym.
Convenience of having it on site so that I can reset in the middle of my day at lunch. Also, its a chance to connect with others to build relationships.
Just coming out of PT for a knee replacement - it's nice to have some machines that i can use.
There is a good variety of classes that are offered, and they have an amazing staff!
