Love the YMCA and what it has to offer!
Very convenient to get a quick workout in and very clean.
Exercise options and facilitiy cleanliness are the primary reasons for my recommendation.
Classes are awesome.

The people , members and staff ,the location, being in downtown Louisville open at 5 am weekdays.

So many options and space. Something for everyone. Welcoming to every person. Intro classes and coaching and even a women’s only area. Whatever you need to feel comfortable in starting your fitness journey, the Y Downtown can provide. It feels like they genuinely want you there and to aid you in being your best self.
The sauna, showers and the women’s locker room are my sanctuary and safe space at the downtown y. I love the vintage charm here too. The staff here are very cool and helpful.
It is convenient for me due to its location in the Nortons downtown campus. With me working there it easy for me to workout.

The reception employees are friendly and very helpful. The chair yoga class is very nice and wish there were more than offered.
