Parking is easy
This is my first time at the Downtown Y for a water cycle class. I was so impressed with the facility.The locker room and definitely the instructor for the class.I went on Monday and i'm coming back on Wednesday.That's how good it was.The parking garage and I aren't getting along very well. I can't figure how to get up without going up the ramp, but that's a small price to pay for the access that I have to all the Downtown Y offers

Lu is great instructing Body Pump and Core. I used to be a regular for her Saturday morning Body Pump class, until Covid. I definitely plan on making her Saturday classes part of my workout routine!

Most welcoming best ran YMCA in the city. I live on the east end of Louisville but still frequent the downtown Y because of the options and quality of custom service.

I really like the location. I live in Old Louisville, so it's convenient.
But is that what I like best? No.
There are many features that I enjoy. I like the size of the building. I like the selection of equipment and classes. I like the friendliness of the staff. I like having parking near by.
