How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I always do my oil change in this location, but from now on I'll find another place to do it, I am feeling uncomfortable because the Jiffy lube tech who has meet me in the jiffy lube parking lot to get my car service left my car running in the parking lot even when I told him not to let the car running and with the key inside while it was unattended. All he said was . OH NOONE WILL TAKE IT, I know how the crime has been lately in this area, and I don't want to be a victim of a stolen car if I can prevent it, he was more than 30ft away from the unattended car, so anything could happen while the car was on and he was worry to take me inside the office for payment.

By the way, That technician name was ... Austin.

Technician needs to know that the clients are essential key to keep jiffy lube growing.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Charging me too much as you did, not rotating my tires, and you didn't have my air filter in stock. I waited extra time for your employee to go to another jiffy lube and he came back empty handed. That was a waste of my time. I went to AutoZone and got the air filter myself! Not happy and won't return for further service!!

My oil change was $122 and that is with a fleet discount. I looked up oil change prices in my area and that is the highest that I have seen.
