They was fast and professional they gave me details of work there doing and work i needed they was attended to my needs and gave me summary of past work as my request on question i asked they was eager to address a y concerns i had they was timely with the work they was friendly.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You tried to sell a brake job on a car that just had a 4 wheel brake job less than 3 months ago. Broke my washer fluid bottle cap and never told me. I guess since I called you out on the brake job, you decided to not say anything about the cap. Also spilled waste oil all over the front of the engine, the front plastic cover over the radiator and down the front of the grill onto the top of the radiator. Took about an hour to clean up your mess. I was in FD with Jimmy Booker for many years. He'd be ashamed of his business being conducted in this manner.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This is the second time in a row they did not check my fluids like they were supposed to. They didn't reset my oil life indicator again.,they just all around did a poor job. I wonder if they actually changed my oil.

The price for an oil change was outrageous. Otherwise the service was quick and efficient. Most I have ever paid for an oil change. Maybe they saw out of state plates and jacked up cost. Don't know.
