The way to improve is to state the recommended repairs w/prices & leave it to the customer to select exactly what needs to be completed for the current visit. Keep up the good job with completing the desired repair & time management.

What could we do to improve?

The first time I brought my car, I had the most amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly and explained everything really well to me. When I got my car after my oil change the last time, they vacuumed my whole car and it was the best vacuum job I've ever had so that's why I came back. This experience just wasn't the same. Only the front was vacuumed and the workers seemed annoyed with my questions. Just a different experience this time.
