Quick but expensive
No one told me my car was ready. It was left outside with the window down and I had to ask if it was ready. The woman asked me if my plan was to just let it “die” because of her interpretation of the cars mobility. Overall a terrible experience.

I don't like that the technician goes into my glove compartment to check the cabin air filter. I feel like it's a bit of a violation of my privacy, to be honest. But even more - and this really irks me - every time I get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube there are always grease prints on my dashboard where the technician opened the glove compartment.
This time I requested that no one go into my glove compartment, though I didn't say why. I was told, 'no problem'. When I got my car back, there were the grease stains on my dashboard, as usual, as well as grease on my cloth seat.
If you insist on going into my glove compartment, PLEASE do it with clean, non-greasy hands.

Great customer service. I gave another customer my coupon and the cashier was accepting for them and me when i presented for myself. I wouldnt have done it on the regular but the holiday spirit seemed to touch us all. Happy Holidays!
