What I appreciate about the YMCA after-school program is the caring and kind nature of the staff. They make an effort to get to know each child personally. The kids receive a hot meal and have access to various activities, whether they want to be busy or relaxed. The team maintains clear and consistent communication with parents, addressing any issues promptly to prevent misunderstandings. Ms. Cindy Parham and her team run a high-quality program at Uplift with integrity and trustworthiness.
My daughter has gone to the YMCA for 2 summers in a row! She has really enjoyed meeting new friends, swimming, and staying busy throughout the summer. She loved all of the field trips she went on and really, really loved her counselors!!! Thank you for a great summer.

Wish there were move field trips & activities. The teachers were great & very welcoming. Wish there were better breakfast/lunch options. 7-8 did not get a chance to go to the Plaza fountains. Overall, it was good & my child will be coming back.
It is the best after school program! My kids don't want to leave when I pick them up...which I guess says something about how fun the program is, but also how unfun I am.
I love how organized Comanche Springs is and they even have little clubs for the kids!

After school care for my 7-year old daughter. She says she loves it, has a lot of fun and usually pouts when I pick her up.
They always have different fun things for the kids. My son loves to go there after school and see his friends from the school.
I like that my kids have a safe space to explore their creative and leadership styles. They don't want to leave.

At school so no bussing required. They provide time to complete some homework during the afternoon. They also have some prepared activities to keep the kids engaged.
The girls' are safe and do not have to leave school campus. They love Mr. Odi and staff. As parents we can tell they want what's best for our kids without worry.
My girls love it, they have so much fun and I don't have to worry about them being cared for while I'm still at work because the staff is so great!

Games snacks and entertainment for children
This program keeps my child engaged with after school crafts/ school related activities. I was nervous about putting my child in an after school program because she has always stayed with family but things changed this year and she just loves it! So much that she gets upset if I pick her up before 6 because she still has her activities to do and not ready to leave her friends just yet.
The field trips and peer interaction are great!
My child has expressed loving afterschool, so that alone is a great sign of what’s unfolding in the program. As the school year evolves and the staff starts making headways on the clubs themes, we can then provide additional feedback.
